American Legion Auxiliary at Post 144
Post 144 has an active American Legion Auxiliary Unit, a community of volunteers serving veterans, military members, and their families since October 1922.
What is the Auxiliary?
The American Legion Auxiliary supports veterans, service members, and their families through volunteer service and community programs, working alongside the American Legion post. Auxiliary members organize into local Units, like ours here at Post 144.
Our Unit has been part of Post 144 since October 1922, with only a single twelve-month break in its history, making it one of the longest-running parts of our Legion family. See our full Post history →
Who are we?
We are the male and female spouses, grandmothers, mothers, sisters, and direct and adopted female descendants of members of The American Legion. Some of us are veterans ourselves.
